Goal
People in CfHD program area are organized and capable for taking decisions on their own lives and living environment for change.

  Organizational Strength
• Eighteen years (18) of experience in Social Mobilization and Participatory Development
• Eighty five (85) member staffs with experience in Social Mobilization, Participatory Development and powerty reduction,CBO and APEX body formation and capacity building, Micro credit, Sustainable Agriculture, Establishing People’s Companies, Conflict Transformation and Networking
• Very good partnership relations with government funded projects and private sectors
• Institutionally sustainable having a Training Center with food and accommodation and Training facilities, Ayurvedic Drug Production Sector, Organic food restaurant, National Farmer Federation with seeds supply
• Handling more than 50 million rupees an year
• Internationally Recognized Accounts, Auditing and Reporting
• Well functioning coordination, program/project Monitoring, Midterm and Final Evaluation
• Active member of National, Regional and International Networks

What CfHD Does

These objectives achieved through a broad range of program activities such as awareness creation mobilization of people at all levels, transfer of knowledge, skill and experiences, coordination of resources, facilitate action at different levels, close monitoring and timely evaluation of activities and programs and playing policy and advisory role if and when necessary. As a base for those initiatives the CfHD dose baseline surveys and furthers research when necessary. It has full-time program staffs possessing necessary skills. It has membership with active national, sub regional, regional and global networks.
